RICS Chartered Surveyor - Harrogate / Hybrid- Up to 60000pa 3000pa Car Allowance 10000pa Bonus

Now seeking a RICS qualified Residential Chartered Surveyor to join the team at this prominent and highly successful firm of Chartered Surveyors in the Harrogate area.

With the option to work on a hybrid basis this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person!

The Reward

Up to 60000pa Depending on Experience

The Role

This role is focussed on Residential Surveys with an opportunity to engage in a variety of services including
- HomeBuyer Reports
- Building Surveys
- Market & Mortgage Valuations

The Person

Must be AssocRICS MRICS or FRICS qualified with a proven background in Residential Surveying
Be able to manage your own time and diary ensuring all works are completed as agreed with the clients
Possess a commitment to accuracy and a high standard of work
