What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is searching for an Assistant Director of Ticket Sales to assist in maintaining communication regarding day to day operations and promote Baylor Athletics through stewardship of resources and constituent management through facilities fan engagement marketing and business operations. A bachelors degree is preferred for this position and an active Christian faith is required.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • Generate new revenue through outbound sales tabling and community events
  • Provide event assistance for all ticket-related issues
  • Cultivates current and past groups to generate sales
  • Assist with Ticket Office and Baylor Bear Foundation ticket fulfillment
  • Contacts area businesses youth organizations and other large groups to promote the group ticket program.
  • Assist with supervision of student-workers.
  • Acquire and steward new Bear Foundation members
  • Communicate with key constituents relative to ticket sales issues
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
