Job Summary
Energy Analyst Program Operations
Location: Remote - Midwest Preferred
Are you interested in providing Program support for ICFs Utility Programs and Services Division You will contribute to the development of innovative accurate timely and high-quality products and services typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. The Analyst will be part of the North Central (Great Lakes) Sub-Region Operations team and work with a cross-functional team of program management outreach technical and marketing personnel as well as actively lead project delivery strategy and market development efforts.

What you will be doing:
- Support tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple projects through Excel and other reporting tools.
- Document operational processes and support the implementation of streamlined processes where applicable.
- Maintain and update shared files resources and program documents to ensure all program staff have access to the latest versions of materials.
- Support the preparation of internal and client presentations reports and other key deliverables across multiple projects.
- Liaise with the IT Delivery team to coordinate track and resolve action items in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Program Managers and IT Business Analysts to create and review IT Delivery tickets in JIRA.
- Ensure there is consistent and proper communication between the program and IT teams.
- Follow up on tickets and communicate status updates to all teams.
- Assist in testing IT Delivery tickets to ensure all requirements are met before deploying.
- Lead weekly meetings with IT Business Analysts and program teams to review ticket statuses.
- Troubleshoot IT Delivery requests when able such as addressing quick fixes in Sightline Tracking.
- Update program correspondence workflows in Sightline Tracking and correct issues when flagged.
- Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed.
What we need you to have (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Business Data Science Environmental Science or Economics or related subject (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 1 year(s) of professional experience within energy operational support data analysis and/related experience
What we would like you to have (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of the utility and energy efficiency demand response and distributed energy resource programs and markets
- Experience working with internal IT teams
- Project management and coordination experience
Professional skills you will use:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Experience using Power BI Tableau and other data visualization tools
- Sound business ethics including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy professionalism and a cooperative attitude
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff as well as outside clients
