Description
Monadnock Family Services is seeking a reliable and versatile Custodial & Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities clean safe and operational. This hands-on position combines custodial responsibilities with basic maintenance minor repairs and seasonal groundskeeping.
What Youll Do
- Perform daily custodial tasks: cleaning restrooms floors and common areas; emptying trash; and restocking supplies.
- Complete basic maintenance and repairs (e.g. plumbing electrical lighting painting).
- Assist with groundskeeping snow removal and seasonal cleanup.
- Support furniture setups interoffice moves and agency vehicle upkeep.
- Ensure safe practices and respond to facility needs as they arise.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years custodial or maintenance experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending standing climbing).
- Reliable flexible and able to work independently or with a team.
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and basic hand tools required.
