One of Blackburns leading Estate Agencies now seeks an experienced Estate Agent to join their team as a Residential Estate Agent & Valuer.
Focussing specifically on the sales side of the business this is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Valuer now seeking a career move or an up and coming Estate Agent who wants to take the next stepin their career.

- Up to 30000pa Depending on Experience Uncapped Commission Structure

The Role
- Valuing residential property for sale across Blackburn converting them into instructions
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Maintaining accurate record keeping on the in-house CRM
The Person
- Be an experienced Valuer or an up and coming Estate Agency professional seeking that next step
- Possess an excellent knowledge of the local housing market
- Be target driven and sales focussed
- Hold a full UK driving license
