We requirehigh standardsof PCB soldering skills to build products for leading technology companies. You would be working within a small team responsible for the manufacturing of complex products to IPC class level 3. Our techniciansare required toread and fully understand manufacturing drawings/route cards includingcomponenttypes and orientation. We have in-house trainers to certify staff to IPC standards.

Responsibilities
- Soldering a wide range of PTH components to IPC or J-STD level *
- Soldering to IPC class 2 & 3 and/or J-STD level
- Reworking to the standards above (desirable)
- Operation ofXrays/ Wave soldering and other assembly equipment.
- Manufacturing cable assemblies/Small mechanical assemblies and enclosures
- Completing manual processes such as board washing breakout press-fit parts
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and documentation for build conformance
- A pro-active approach to managing and reporting to the quality / engineering and operations teams
About you
- Experience working in a similar role in manufacturing environment
- Experience and certified to IPC or J-STD level
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings.
