Develop implement and manage projects grants and other school administrative tasks.
Essential Functions:
40% Responsible for project related purchases budgets and submission of required reports. Maintain files.
30% Prepare budgets and financial project reports to funding agencies.
20% Coordinate organizational activities as and maintain school and grant files and electronic related train faculty in the use of electronic databases.
10% Create marketing materials for projects including brochures advertisements and social media.
Education:
Requires a relevant Bachelors Degree.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in data management. Experience with budget management. Strong communication problem-solving and project management skills required. Experience creating marketing materials.
Leadership:
No authority or responsibility for the supervision of others.
Physical Requirements:
Job is physically comfortable; individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking standing occasionally lift very lightweight objects.
Working Conditions:
Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise crowded working conditions and/or minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems. Near continuous use (>70% of the time) of a video display terminal.
