Manager Site Payments Delivery

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead functional site payment teams ensuring all project deliverables meet customer expectations and contracted terms.
- Lead all aspects of project delivery ensuring services adhere to the highest quality standards policies and procedures.
- Develop policies procedures and training materials in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Review reports data and indicators to recognize performance trends and address risks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in work streams and participate in project review meetings.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to departmental junior managers and employees including performance management and professional development.
- Conduct QC and approval of site payments budget entries and payment issue resolutions as needed.
Essential Functions
- Interview select and onboard new staff members and manage their professional development.
- Approve salary administration actions handle corrective actions and manage terminations when necessary.
- Ensure high customer delight by effectively managing risks and maintaining strict timelines.
Policy & Strategy
- Interpret and coordinate policies processes and procedures to ensure flawless execution of responsibilities.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and executive management to establish and uphold guidelines for site payments.
Freedom to Act
- Work assignments are defined in terms of activities and objectives with performance reviewed upon completion.
Liaison
- Engage regularly with team members and outside partners to address operational and scheduling challenges. Attend meetings with both internal and external customers.
