We are seeking an enthusiastic and focused Associate Product Owner to initially take ownership of working with Engineering and Product Management to deliver hardware firmware & software integration of body-worn camera devices within the Motorola solutions portfolio.
You will:
Engage with the business and stakeholders to enable the delivery of the product releases in a business-value-oriented manner.
Make timely and decisive decisions regarding product development priorities for their attached team(s) including balancing support product backlog items technical debt and new features.
Work with Product Managers and technical leaders to understand the product requirements and enable their delivery by the product team.
Work alongside and with the development teams to assist in the creation of well-maintained refined prioritized product backlogs that include consistent and measurable definitions of done.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to present the current state of the backlog.
Define product release plans including measuring their progress towards completion and tracking the predictability.
BS in Computer Science Telecommunications or a related technical discipline
2 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
Knowledge of agile software development and management best practices including build environments and automated testing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate the product roadmap & vision to the development team refine product backlog items and report progress to a wide audience including the business product management stakeholders and the development teams
Self-motivated positive attitude an ability and desire to motivate others

Knowledge of software applications and solutions development
Desired: professional working language proficiency in Hebrew

Target Base Salary Range: $75000 - $120000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
