Job Description:
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Wayside & On Board Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Piossasco (TO).

Accountabilities
- Field Service work focuses on providing technical advice and problem resolution to customers over the phone and on site with ticket management.
- Good familiarity with Windows and Linux computers complex data networks
- Good skills in electronics and electrical engineering with the use of measurement instruments multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
- Maintains a good relationship with customers and Living core values of safety and integrity.
- Available to travel on busines work in even on holidays and available on call shifts.
Languages
Good english proficiency.
