This Position reports to:
IS Service OwnerIn this role you will have the opportunity to support the organizations vision and strategic direction. Each day you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
The work model for the role is: #LI Hybrid
This role is contributing to the IS Services .
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Involving and proactively supporting the installation management maintenance and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
- Identifying consolidating and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
- Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
Qualifications for the role :
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of Intune.
- You are skilled in software packaging using PSADT and AdminStudio or similar tools and you enjoy working with PowerShell.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in scripting.
- You are passionate about customer satisfaction.
- You have a degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
