Job Description

We are looking to hire a Paralegal for the Land Planning practice at our offices in Madrid.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient user of Excel.
  • A high level of English.
  • Knowledge of land planning and zoning law is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will be looking to join a law firm with international scope and be motivated to grow professionally with our firm and progress in their career.

Functions

  • Organising timetables monitoring and checking administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings in land planning matters.
  • Contacting City Councils Land Registries and other public administrations as well as monitoring administrative deadlines and deadlines.
  • Uploading documentation to digital platforms and public administration portals.
  • Managing documentation related to the practice area as well as the physical and digital archive.
  • Supporting the preparation of land planning filings licences authorisations and agreements.
  • Analysing information on potential clients to collaborate with business development related to the practice area.
