IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- SalesExpert& Business Development:You drive sales and generate leads for our full suite of global servicesincluding;connecting brands with gaming audiences through strategic consulting creative activations social media broadcast events and partnership deals - leading the full commercial cycle.
- Client Relations & Account Management:You build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring long-term partnerships and growth opportunities. You identify upselling potential and renew accounts to maximize recurring business.
- Deal Negotiation & Contracting:Youleadnegotiationsdevelopactivationandservicepackages and managecontractingprocessestosecurefavorabletermsforbothclientsand BLRK.
- Collaboration & Strategic Input:Youworkcloselywithservicingdepartmentsand internationalcolleaguestoensureseamlessdeliveryofactivationssharinginsightsandmarketknowledgetostrengthenoutcomes.
- Trend Awareness & Market Insight:You leverage macro and micro market trends brand marketing expertise and product knowledge to strategically target relevant clients and opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting: You maintain accurate data in our CRM and provide timely reporting to optimize sales performance and strategy.
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
- Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing sales or commercial management within digital media gaming esports or entertainment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstratedsuccessingeneratingrevenueandachievingmeasurableresultsin nationalorglobalmarkets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deepunderstandingofthegamingindustryandrelatedentertainmenttrends(creatormarketingeventscinematicreleases socialmediaactivations).
- Skills & Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;additionallanguages like German SpanishItalianorArabicare a plus.
- Passion & Mindset: Yourheartbeatsforgamingesports and -on andalwaysawareofthelatesttrendsinbrandcommunication.
- Team Spirit: Youthrivein acollaborativeenvironmentbalancingindependenceinsaleswitha strongcommitmenttosupportingyourteam.
- Travel & Education: International travel isrequired and you should be flexible and prepared for it.A degree in marketing communications media or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Location: You live nearby or in Cologne or you are fine coming to the office 3 times a week.
