SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
1st Shift
This position works across the Aldersgate campus and troubleshoots and repairs mechanical electrical plumbing boiler and HVAC / refrigeration equipment and water source heat pump systems. Commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration experience a plus! Applicant must have experience with windows based DDC Control systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair such systems; provides assistance with special projects and supports other areas of the maintenance department as needed. Three years maintenance experience Associates or 2-year technical degree preferred but not required. Valid CFC certification and NC drivers license and clean driving record required.
