What will I be doing
As a Private Dining Sales Manager you would be responsible for representing the hotels Fine Dining Restaurant SER Steak Spirits. You would facilitate to prospective clients and customers in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability for the restaurant. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What are we looking for
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 years of sales experience within restaurant private dining
Position is Monday - Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm but at times Flexibility with schedules is required based on groups
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems ()
