Position: PRN Administrative Support
Program: RCDC
Job Summary: RCDC seeks a PRN Administrative Support staff member to provide program and administrative support across departments. This role offers exposure to RCDC operations and prepares the individual for a potential future leadership position.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Human Relations Organizational Leadership or related field.
Job-related administrative fiscal or program experience.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information (HIPAA/FERPA).
Valid drivers license successful completion of RCDC Defensive Driving and Background clearance.
Preferred:
Masters Degree in Business Administration Finance Human Relations Organizational Leadership or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational administration preferably in a non-profit setting.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Provide program and administrative support across RCDC departments
- Assist with data management reporting and compliance procedures
- Participate in training and orientation for a potential future leadership role
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Maintain timely documentation and adhere to professional standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain timely documentation.
- Support the mission goals and objectives of RCDC.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintain strict confidentiality as outlined by FERPA and HIPAA.
- Ability to work alone and in groups to provide services.
- Assume responsibility for individual professional growth by staying current with research and practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in effectively and regularly communicating with other employees of RCDC and clients.
- Complete all assignments timely manner including communication with other staff clients or contractors.
- Adhere to all professional guidelines as outlined in agency policies.
- Independently manage daily assignments and activities ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
- Follow all safety requirements as directed by RCDC.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or designee.
Physical Requirements:
- 70 % sitting 15% walking and 15% standing
- Lifting to 30 pounds.
- Manage all job duties with mobility agility and dexterity.
- Sit/stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to drive in varying weather and geographical conditions.
- The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard-free environment.
Experience: Job-related experience within increasing levels of responsibility within the specialized field is required.

Supervises: N/A
Terms of Employment: Hourly work schedule to be established by the RCDC Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
Work Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week flexible schedule to be coordinated with RCDC leadership
Evaluation: As determined by the Chief Executive Officer or designee following agency guidelines.
