12-Month Work Placement – Product Analyst CurbIQ

Role description:

Our Intern & Placement programme is designed to give you a hands-on insight into the work we do as a company and help to develop skills and knowledge within your chosen field. Supported by signposted training the programme is based on Arcadis core values giving you both technical training and support to help you develop both personally and professionally whilst with us. You will be exposed to real projects and clients and given a range of experiences to immerse yourself into over the course of your 12-month placement.

Role accountabilities:

CurbIQ is Arcadiss digital kerbside and parking management platform supporting cities and local authorities across the UK Ireland and North America. Our product management team is responsible for guiding the development and delivery of innovative tools that help clients manage their streets more effectively.

The rise of e-commerce new mobility options transport operators and the anticipated arrival of autonomous vehicles has made the kerbside one of the most valuable and contested spaces in our towns and cities prompting local authorities to prioritise its digitisation as a key step towards improved management and operations. CurbIQ plays a central role in this shift by enabling authorities to digitise road and parking regulations and equipping them with the tools to manage analyse and share this information in a modern digital environment helping to shape the future of kerbside management.

As a Product Analyst Intern you will work alongside experienced software developers solution engineers GIS specialists AI specialists product managers and business analysts. You will contribute to the design development and refinement of innovative features within the CurbIQ platform gaining hands-on experience in both product management and client delivery.

• Accepted degrees: BEng / BSc / MEng / MSc Software Engineering / Computer Engineering / Data Engineering Computer Science Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science or related

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be working towards a degree in a relevant subject
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
