Your Role
As a Senior Modern Workplace Technician in our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team you will be at the forefront of shaping a cutting-edge digital work environment. Youll lead in-country IT support manage modern workplace technologies and collaborate across departments to enhance user experience mobility and security.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development of a modern secure and user-friendly workplace environment.
Administer and support Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint management tools.
Lead the implementation of Modern Workspace Portfolio services.
Collaborate with global teams to expand and improve IT services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across devices and platforms.
Maintain compliance with ITIL and SOX standards.
Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Solid experience in IT ideally in a global manufacturing environment
Certifications: ITIL Microsoft 365 Intune D365 (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Azure AD Intune and ITSM tools
Experience with PC laptop mobile device and printer management
Strong troubleshooting documentation and remote support skills
Fluent in English and German
Self-driven collaborative and user-focused mindset
