About the Team and Business Line:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst with a business analysis background and change management knowledge to support organizational transformation initiatives and drive successful change adoption across the organization. This role requires a combination of change management expertise and business analysis skills to effectively support organizational transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption of changes across the enterprise.

Your Role:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Support the delivery of change management communications
• Support the design of training programs to support change initiatives
• Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities
• Monitor and report on change adoption metrics
• Support end-user readiness and transition activities
• Assist with documentation of business requirements and process changes

About You:

• 2-4 years of experience in change management and/or business analysis
• Bachelors degree in business IT or related field
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI ADKAR)
• Strong business analysis skills and experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience creating training materials and facilitating sessions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Change Management certification (PROSCI CCMP)
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Experience in financial services industry
