Job Description

Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director Analyst

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director Analyst to join our BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett WA.

This position requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution enabling the organizations to improve systems business policies processes and efficiencies.

Our team is currently hiring for a Senior (Level 4) Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization.
  • Leads special project-based assignments and ensures coordination/implementation/execution are successful on behalf of leadership.
  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities.
  • Supports the Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director and their leadership team in day-to-day activities to support the business.
  • Integrate with other Director Analysts in the organization to ensure alignment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5 years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • 5 years of experience planning organizing facilitating and/or executing large-scale meetings and events
  • 5 years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • 5 years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects transactions or initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 3 years of experience in Project Management for both small and large projects
  • Experience conducting data analysis using Excel or other tools to create pivot charts analyze raw data create PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience with Supply Chain tools and initiatives
  • Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills to various levels of management
  • Ability to multi-task complete actions/tasks with minimal direction and able to support with timely execution
  • 5 years of experience working directly with Supply Chain
