Job Description
Grow with us- Your Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Coordinate Microbiology and environmental area projects and protocols.
- Responsible to keep the laboratory documentation updated and review in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and/or performs specifications and SOPs audits.
- Responsible for quality safety discipline GMP GLP and housekeeping in the lab.
- Supervise laboratory activities; establish responsibilities and duties based on the laboratory and Plant priorities.
- Responsible for Environmental Monitoring (EM) program for the site.
- Responsible for laboratory budget.
- Responsible for the laboratory equipment and test methods validations update.
- Coordinate or established guidelines requirements to Plant critical work request.
- Coordinate lab. Personnel training.
- Perform internal audits when requested.
- Participate in client audits as SME when requested.
- Performed other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a behavior which contributes positively the environment Health and safety in the organization.
- Manage NCPR/CAPA observation assigned to Microbiology Laboratory and ensure actions are close as per requirement.
What will convince us- Qualification & Skills:
- Microbiology.
- A minimum of (5) years of supervisory experience.
- Audit Techniques knowledge.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Knowledge in mathematics (Decimals Percentage statistics).
- Fluency in writing reading and speaking English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in the Laboratory practices regulations equipment and test methods validation.
- Knowledge in ISO s GMPs and USP Interpretation and application.
- Knowledge in sterilization biological indicators microorganism taxonomy aseptic techniques bioburden endotoxin Environmental Monitoring Water Systems Monitoring (RO WFI) viable and non-viable particulate monitoring sterility.

Physical Demands:
Lifting And Carrying 5-10 pounds.
Walking Standing and Reaching (below shoulder).

Compliance to current Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulations International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards: 21CFR Part 210/211/820 ISO 9001 and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Regulations.
