Job Description
The Head Coach of Womens Flag Football is responsible for leading managing and developing the womens flag football program in alignment with the mission and values of the University and the Athletics Department. The coach will oversee all aspects of the program including recruiting training player development academic support compliance budgeting and community engagement. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of excellence sportsmanship and academic achievement while ensuring adherence to NCAA conference and institutional policies.
Physical Demands
Requires standing walking running and demonstrating athletic techniques. Regular travel and extended hours are required. Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Minimum 23 years of coaching experience at the collegiate high school or club level. Demonstrated success in recruiting and player development.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree preferred Strong knowledge of flag football rules techniques and strategies. Ability to mentor student-athletes and balance athletic and academic priorities. Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
