Work closely with department leaders to streamline processes and improve quality while gaining exposure to ERP systems process mapping and Lean manufacturing principles. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in business process improvement projects across multiple departments
- Support efforts to automate routine workflows within the ERP and other digital workspace systems
- Collaborate with department leads to develop value stream maps and identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains
- Contribute to quality improvement projects for processes and finished products
- Research and pilot opportunities to leverage AI and other digital tools to improve daily workflows
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process changes and report findings to leadership
- Audit existing documentation for accuracy completeness and consistency
Qualifications: - Working toward a Bachelors degree in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering;Manufacturing Engineering Technology;Operations Management; or Business Administration/Analytics
- Strong ability and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
