Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team in a beautiful Montessori-inspired nursery setting. This role offers the chance to lead a baby room within a supportive values-led service rated Good by Ofsted.
If youre an experienced Deputy Room Leader Room Leader or a highly skilled Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Deputy Room Leader Room Leader or strong Nursery Practitioner.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A warm approachable and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the baby room ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Support the development wellbeing and learning of each child in line with the EYFS framework.
- Supervise guide and motivate a small team of practitioners.
- Work closely with families to build strong positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records planning and observations.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies.
