Pay: 444.00 per week (PAYE)

A high-achieving secondary school in Richmond is recruiting a Secondary Teaching Assistant to provide academic and pastoral support to pupils. This Secondary Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching school leadership or youth mentoring. You will be part of a supportive team that values input from all staff members including graduates.
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant youll work across KS3 and KS4 supporting pupils in lessons delivering small group sessions and helping with revision and catch-up activities. The Secondary Teaching Assistant role will provide you with excellent classroom experience and the chance to make a real impact on pupil outcomes. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain a rounded experience across subjects and classroom environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4

- Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and resource preparation
