The Role:
- Coordinate management of multiple related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the projects scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business integration implementation projects and continous improvement/lean efforts.
What You Will Do:
- Apply program and project management principles to manage scope timeline resources stakeholders and risk throughout the lifecycle of stategic initiatives.
- Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
- Providing technical training and guidance for continous improvement on the planning development and implementation of process improvement.
- Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

- Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes products and services.
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Six Sigma Methodology: Knowledge of the concepts of six sigma DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve and Control ) methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve the manufacturing processes and control the improvements by eliminating root causes.

Industry Experience: Prior exposure to financial services is a valuable bonus.

Job Title: Strategic Project Consultant
Salary: 64663.00 - 84062.00 (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: In office Monday - Friday full time 37.5 hours.
