Location: Everett WA

Team: Operations Engineering

Employment Type: Full-time

Join our Operations Engineering team as a Project Coordinator where youll play a key role in supporting the development sustainment and continuous improvement of Fluke products. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across engineering manufacturing and compliance teams to ensure our products meet global standards and deliver lasting value to customers.

What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate and support product development and lifecycle sustainment activities.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation including Bills of Materials (BOM) engineering change orders (ECOs) and drawings.
  • Ensure product data integrity across systems such as ERP and PLM.
  • Partner with manufacturing engineers to manage part numbers revisions and approvals.
  • Support environmental compliance efforts to meet global regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and lifecycle continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BOMs using ERP/PLM systems.
  • Ensure BOM setup supports stable production including resource hours material controls and item status.
  • Review and ensure compliance with RoHS and other environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate item attributes and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist with new part creation deviations and first article approvals.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with compliance industrial design and other teams.

Qualifications:

Must-Have
  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Prior use of PLM or data management tools.
  • Experience in a support or coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication across teams and locations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems
