Location: Vandalia OH USA

Travel: 25% to 50% depending on business needs in USA some travel to Europe and China will be required

As our next Business Development Manager for Warehouse Automation products youll be at the forefront of identifying creating and capturing new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth and create value for our Warehouse Automation Business Unit. Youll build and maintain relationships with clients partners and stakeholders while expanding our market reach.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Set long-term goals and align business development with company strategy.
  • Research and identify new markets clients and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue and profitability globally with support from Sales teams.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Expand into new regions and customer segments.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence.
  • Attend industry events and build professional networks.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

What Were Looking For:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience in Warehouse/Industrial Automation or Material Handling with emphasis on sortation conveyors palletizing.
  • 5-10 years in Business Development Marketing or Product Management.
  • Proven ability to grow business with new products or solutions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering Business or related field.
  • Experience with automation technologies industrial systems or logistics solutions.
