What Youll Do:
Deliver personalized high-quality care based on each clients Plan of Care
Monitor client conditions and communicate changes with the Director of Nursing
Keep families informed and involved in their loved ones care
What Were Looking For:
Current unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
CPR certification and negative 2-Step TB skin test or blood test
At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health clinic or health facility preferred)
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide mobility support as needed
