Hydro Tester
Pay: $20$25/hour
Hours: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (some Fridays as needed)
Location: Near Sapulpa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hydro Tester to join a manufacturing team near Sapulpa. The Hydro Tester will perform hydrostatic testing on pressure vessels to ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications. This role requires mechanical aptitude strong safety awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and perform hydrostatic testing on pressure vessels
- Inspect vessels for leaks defects and structural integrity during and after testing
- Operate pumps gauges and other testing equipment safely and accurately
- Record and report test results including pressure readings and anomalies
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
- Prepare and clean vessels before and after testing
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- Previous experience in hydrotesting pressure vessel inspection or mechanical testing
- Familiarity with ASME codes and pressure testing standards (a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and pressure charts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physically able to lift bend and work in industrial environments
Physical Demands & Safety
The Hydro Tester role is safety-sensitive and requires strict compliance with company policies. Candidates must be able to work around pressure systems handle heavy equipment and maintain a safe and organized testing area.
