Role Description:
MicroAgility APAC is seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer(s) for a part-time and full-time position based in Islamabad and Lahore. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing machine learning and generative AI models. Key responsibilities include conducting exploratory data analysis designing and deploying neural networks and creating generative AI solutions for content creation and process automation. The role also involves supporting pattern recognition initiatives and working closely with data scientists software engineers and DevOps teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models neural networks and generative AI solutions
- Conduct data exploration feature engineering and model evaluation
- Implement pattern recognition techniques for real-world applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production
- Optimize model performance and maintain high standards of scalability and reliability
- Automate data processing and AI/ML workflows for efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying neural networks generative AI models and pattern recognition techniques
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals algorithms and data structures
- Solid background in statistics and its practical application in machine learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python C or Java
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines Docker/Kubernetes and cloud deployment (AWS GCP or Azure)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in agile cross-functional and collaborative team environments
