GEA is looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial projects within the Liquid & Powder Technologies Division. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams ensuring project delivery according to scope timing quality and financial targets and aligning with GEAs strategic and operational standards.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Plan organize and control assigned projects from handover to final acceptance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Manage project scope schedule cost risk and quality throughout the lifecycle.
Lead customer communication and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure compliance with GEA processes certifications (ISO9001 ISO14001) and ESG guidelines.
Support procurement strategy and monitor supply chain actions.
Handle scope variations risk assessments and project reporting.
Collaborate with HR Legal and Finance for international project arrangements.
Promote continuous improvement and contribute to lessons learned.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably Engineering)
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
4 years project execution experience ideally as Lead Engineer/Group Manager
Proficient in MS Office Power BI ERP; MS Project knowledge a plus
Strong understanding of project finance & contract management
English (C1 mandatory); French a plus
Strategic results-driven detail-oriented sustainability-minded
Multicultural team management influential and trusted collaborator
Proactive responsible customer-focused methodical adaptable process-oriented
Excellent communicator negotiator and conflict resolver
