Job Summary
In this role you would contribute to further develop and improve our cell line development platform for the production of biopharmaceuticals.

The project focuses on the application of genetic engineering techniques to generate novel designer CHO cells with optimized process performance for the production of biopharmaceuticals.
The project includes the following methods: standard molecular biology techniques (e.g. PCR) state-of-the-art genome editing tools (CRISPR/Cas) transfection and cell culture technologies for the generation of stable production cell lines single cell generation using a robotic system small-scale bioprocesses in fed-batch format and protein analytics (product titer glycosylation profile)

First experience with handling mammalian cell lines
