The impact you will create:
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers inspiring them with our unique event location - Planet Schwarz
- Your main focus will be the entire sales process from the initial inquiry and contract negotiation to the final billing ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- You will build and maintain a strong network of customers and partners
- You will work closely with our marketing team to develop new sales strategies and campaigns actively contributing to the growth and success of Planet Schwarz
- You will continuously analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities and further develop our service portfolio
- You will actively shape the success of our events by understanding the individual needs of our customers and creating tailor-made offers
Experience and skills you will need:
- You have a proven track record in sales ideally in the event industry
- You are a passionate salesperson with a high degree of customer focus and a confident behaviour
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
- You are a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment
- You are fluent in English both spoken and written
