Job Summary

The E-commerce Department Manager will be responsible for managing the companys full online sales division leading a large overseas team and ensuring strong performance across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep e-commerce knowledge who takes initiative drives profitability and understands not just online sales but also the business operations behind them.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses with the opportunity to directly impact the growth and profitability of a major corporate brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all e-commerce operations across Amazon Home Depot Lowes Walmart and other platforms.
Manage and direct a large overseas team to execute daily operations.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize online sales and profitability.
Monitor performance metrics product listings pricing strategies and advertising campaigns.
Identify opportunities for growth process improvement and cost savings.
Collaborate with leadership to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
Take full ownership of the department ensuring accountability and results.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in e-commerce management (multi-channel experience required).
Strong leadership and team management skills (experience with overseas teams a plus).
Proven track record of growing sales and driving profitability online.
