Job Description
The E-commerce Department Manager will be responsible for managing the companys full online sales division leading a large overseas team and ensuring strong performance across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep e-commerce knowledge who takes initiative drives profitability and understands not just online sales but also the business operations behind them.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses with the opportunity to directly impact the growth and profitability of a major corporate brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all e-commerce operations across Amazon Home Depot Lowes Walmart and other platforms.
- Manage and direct a large overseas team to execute daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize online sales and profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics product listings pricing strategies and advertising campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for growth process improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with leadership to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
- Take full ownership of the department ensuring accountability and results.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in e-commerce management (multi-channel experience required).
- Strong leadership and team management skills (experience with overseas teams a plus).
- Proven track record of growing sales and driving profitability online.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen not just sales execution.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
