Job Description
The Project Management Specialist is part of the Product Management team within the Lines Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support fellow Project Management team members in ensuring the correct execution of projects respecting timelines costs and quality standards.
Contribute to monitoring risks and issues promptly reporting any deviations.
Maintain effective interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure an adequate level of documentation and reporting in support of the project team.
ACTIVITIES
Assist Project Management colleagues in managing the relationship with the customer from order to final acceptance.
Collaborate in planning project activities and coordinating with internal and external partners.
Take part in monitoring project progress.
Contribute to workflow analysis and propose small improvements to increase efficiency.
