Job Summary

As the Regional Leader for Order Management you will play a pivotal role in order processing for the region Europe (EU) North America (NAM) Laten America ( LATAM) and Competence Centre (CC). This includes ensuring the timely submission of high-quality deliverables of Orders Processing with stakeholders like controlling export control procurement SCM and Logistics and resources effectively and establishing compliance with all GD requirements and guidelines. You lead regional order management team from Munich ( Hybrid Model) and other locations functionally.The position interfaces with local and global teams to deliver compliant orders for a cutting-edge B2G sectors adhering to established policies and procedures.

Objectives of this role:

  • Leading the end-to-end OTC process and team both commercially and technically for the region Europe (EU) North America (NAM) Laten America ( LATAM) and Competence Centre (CC)
  • Drive order processing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures ensuring appropriate and timely responses with effective team coordination.
  • Collaborate with Business segments FinanceControlling Supply Chain Export Control Legal and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies processes and project executions/operations.
  • Establish key metrics and performance indicators to track and evaluate the success of orders.
  • Plan department budgets resources and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality order processing.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate process and tool documentation along with governance model.
  • Participating in negotiation sessions and consult Bid and Contract Management team in commercial and technical aspects from OTC internal business processes and SCM side.
  • Identify risks and evaluate them in terms of their plausibility and repercussions and curate risk mitigation and management policies to reduce the effectiveness of the risk and keep team in compliance and audit ready.
  • Lead SAP4HANA implementation across organization from OTC perspective.

Requisite Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or PhD in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience or a related field with leading a department experience.
  • 5 years professional experience in the areas of order management. Experience in multipleofaforementionedfunctionsispreferred.
  • 5 years relevant background and proven strong track record in people and programs management regional growth programs and ideally have worked in an international environment with intercultural competence
  • Aproventrack record of building relationships between multiple departments.
  • Experience in managing complex projects or large-scale contracts being well acquainted with the global/local market contract laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP specially PS module and other ERP tools.
  • English and German with good written and spoken knowledge; French Spanish and Arabic languages is a major plus.
