About the position:
This role is part of Harmans Connectivity Strategic Business Unit (SBU) focused on developing Telematics Control Units (TCUs) for global automotive OEMs. You will contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions that enable connected vehicle experiences worldwide.
Your team:
You will work closely with the System Engineering/ SW Industrialization team which is responsible for delivering software artifacts to internal production facilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring smooth integration and testing of hardware and software components.
What You Will Do:
Support the Software Industrialization Lead in setting up and maintaining test environments.
Perform software flashing and write scripts to automate flashing processes.
Reproduce reported issues capture diagnostic traces and create detailed tickets for resolution.
Conduct hardware rework as needed to support testing and validation.
Assist in troubleshooting and validating embedded systems to ensure compliance with OEM requirements.
What You Need:
Passion for Automotive Software and Embedded Systems.
Understanding of Linux-based environments and microcontroller architectures.
Hands-on experience with scripting (Python bash) for automation and flashing processes.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in debugging and trace analysis.
