Job Description
Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a Software Development Manager at our Minneapolis MN location responsible for the design development testing implementation and support of software applications and related integrations.
What Youll Do:
- Develop in depth knowledge of business processes and systems environment and actively participate in the definition design development testing and implementation of software functionality using the Agile methodology.
- Create or modify complex programs modules routines scripts and data objects from a detailed design where efficiency performance and reliability are critical.
- Collaborate to identify isolate and resolve malfunctions related to software conduct knowledge transition on solutions to the designated application support team.
- Create and evolve application documentation as required.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience.
- Full term of experience must include: software engineering development lifecycle practices and processes;
- Java Python or similar modern language;
- Common development frameworks and web technologies such as Spring Boot Amazon Web Services Jenkins Terraform Agile/Scrum open-source technologies responsive application design; and
- Performance management.
