Job Summary

Job holder will ensure project portfolio management and program oversights across all Digital Transformation Projects in the organisation
Responsible for program management in specific and agreed digital-Tranformation projects e.g. Smart Manufacturing AI-ML Digital Service & Digital workplace initiatives. Responsible for overall handling and preparation of multiple initiatives under a larger program reporting etc. Integration of larger project teams consisting of internal IT resources business process experts as well as external consulting. Drive project-related supplier-selections Support in product resp. Solution design in collaboration with experts and architects. Take over project management incl. planning execution reporting. Deliver on-time within scope and budget. Coordinate prioritize and align Support Services and resources requirements with operational delivery area owners Prepare and run Digital steering meetings. Proactively communicate and collaborate in a virtual team setting on global level. Given the importance of assigned programs with a correlating executive exposure solid communication and presentation skills are a must. Responsible for value management leading Provides support on prioritization of projects and tasks (value-driven) to a core team of Digital Experts Supports change management agile project governance and partner management
