The Opportunity!

As a Personal Insurance Account Manager you are a key player in providing professional efficient and courteous service to all clients on all personal renewals. Furthermore this position gives you the opportunity for identifying client needs and educating clients on other available insurance products. Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager your role is to review renewal files ensuring clients have the best insurance solution for their location; while applying superior

client relations and promoting exceptional company image.

  • Full-Time permanent career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office located at 1661 Portage Avenue.

What you will bring to the role

  • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
  • 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment.
  • Friendly outgoing personality with great interpersonal and client service skills with proven ability to retain valuable clients.
  • Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
  • Works well in a fast paced client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
