Roles and Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI) and Management of Change facilitation:
Engineering doc review & approval (RSS AC205 Routers Planning Data Sheets NPI)
Obtain and toll gate new Repair Documents and Engine Service Manual / ATA subscriptions
Operations Leader:
Provide timely resolution to cert questions
Referee Engine Manual Quality Control Work Instructions (QCWI) and SOP interpretation
Facilitate quality event investigation and problem solving initiatives for a portion of the Rotating business
Identify and develop standard work and execute on Kaizens to improve processes
Utilize FLIGHT DECK Problem Solving tools to drive process improvements and make real change on the shop floor
People Leader to a team of Quality Engineers
Sustainment of Regulatory Compliance:
Timely execution of audits such as Workstation Audits and Non-Conforming Material Audits
Selection and implementation of impactful surveillance on specific targeted areas/themes
Strategic Responsibilities:
Data mining analysis and communication that expedites quality event and risk reduction efforts
Prepare content for strategic quality reviews/dialogues (Example: Weekly Rotating Quality Review)
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of experience in a technical/manufacturing role (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4 years of experience in a technical/manufacturing role).

Prior FAA Part 145 Repair experience

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document plan market and execute programs
