Job Summary

Essential Functions
Schedule and meet with scholars on a regular basis to check in on academic and co-curricular progress and assist as needed. Provide administrative and programming support to the Program Director. Assist the Program Director in recruiting new scholars to the scholarship programs and marketing the programs to stakeholders. Coordinate and attend scholarship college and community events. Coordinate Scott Pathway Scholars alumni engagement efforts at the campus level and collaborate with the Foundation to connect alumni across programs. Be a positive role model that represents the college the scholar program and the Foundation in a professional manner at all times. Work collaboratively and support other team members. Consistently model a high degree of professionalism customer service and student focus. Actively support the mission of Southeast Community College. Support the Founders vision of being a catalyst for positive change and exhibit the values of the Foundation: be a lifelong learner be a giver not a taker and strive to exceed expectations. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students faculty members and college employees feel welcomed valued and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the Colleges policies and programming related to access fair employment and equal opportunities for all.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field Two (2) years of full-time experience in education recruiting outreach student support career placement or other related field. Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and the ability to qualify for auto insurance.
