You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBella&Bona is seeking a Performance Marketing Growth Specialist to own and scale our demand generation engine. This role combines analytical depth with hands-on campaign execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads while testing and expanding into new channels such as Meta YouTube and OOH.
Youll be directly responsible for fueling SQL growth in existing markets (Berlin & Munich) building our pipeline for new city expansion and ensuring every euro of spend translates into measurable ARR growth. This is a high-impact execution-focused role where youll shape how Bella&Bona reaches HR leaders CFOs and Office Managers across Germany.
Campaign execution: Build launch and continuously optimize paid campaigns (Google Search & Display LinkedIn Ads AEO retargeting).
Budget ownership: Manage paid media budgets reallocating spend to maximize CAC efficiency and payback period.
Analytics & reporting: Track performance in GA4 HubSpot and Looker Studio; provide weekly dashboards tied to SQL and ARR growth.
A/B testing: Run self-structured experiments on ad copy creatives and landing pages in collaboration with UX and Brand Design.
Channel expansion: Pilot and evaluate additional channels (Meta Ads YouTube programmatic display OOH) to support city launches.
Content creation: Partner with Brand Design & Head of Brand and Comms to develop localized and compelling campaign assets.
Sales alignment: Work closely with RevOps and Sales to ensure smooth lead handover and full-funnel attribution.
4-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads required).
Proven track record of B2B lead generation (SaaS marketplaces or scale-ups preferred).
Strong analytical skills: GA4 HubSpot (preferred) able to connect campaign metrics to SQL and ARR.
Execution-first mindset: comfortable writing ad copy setting up campaigns and optimizing them directly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Sales RevOps and Design.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Experience managing Meta or YouTube Ads.
Exposure to OOH or programmatic display campaigns.
Familiarity with multi-location or localized campaign strategies.
Knowledge of B2C paid campaigns (retargeting upsell).
