Purpose That Counts - About this role:
Queensland Rail are excited to offer the opportunity for a full-time Senior Document Control Officer to join the Major Projects team.
This position offers the opportunity to develop and implement best practice Document Control processes and set the highest of standards. You will have to opportunity to make the role your own. This role will cover a variety of work supporting the business unit by maintaining effective project control functions contract management and project planning.
In this role you will lead oversee and provide document control services within Major Projects. Manage development implementation and maintenance of industry best practice document management systems that ensure compliance with relevant Queensland Rail policies standards and specifications.
People Who Count - About you:
Have extensive knowledge of document management systems
Senior Document Controller experience in the rail transport or construction industry is desirable
A willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to produce outcomes
Be a team player and enjoy working as part of a support team
Thriving through changes opportunities
