Service Technician 500 Park Avenue Apartments
Location: Mount Vernon Baltimore City
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Compensation: $21/hour (based on experience)
500 Park Avenue Apartments located in the historic Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
As a Service Technician at WPM your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders conducting preventative maintenance and preparing apartments for new residents.

ðï Key Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Repair and maintain appliances electrical systems and plumbing
Hang prep and sand drywall
Paint apartment units and common areas
Maintain grounds ensuring safety and cleanliness
Assist with snow removal as needed
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings weekends holidays)
â Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in plumbing electrical or carpentry required
High school diploma or equivalent
35 years of experience in residential property maintenance
Must be available for on-call emergencies (nights weekends holidays)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
