Technical Project Lead- Plastics CompoundingLocation: Evansville IN 47711Job Description:The Technical Project Lead plays a key role in driving product development and innovation at Trivalence. This position manages cross-functional projects customer technical support and quality resolution processes ensuring that products and solutions are delivered on time meet customer expectations and align with business objectives. Scope:This role supports product development technical sales and customer engagement. It involves collaboration with internal teams customers and vendors to ensure successful execution of projects effective resolution of technical concerns and advancement of Trivalences innovation initiatives. Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day product development projects R&D processes and related documentation.
- Develop clear and accurate technical documents reports and training materials to support internal processes and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers addressing complaints concerns and product inquiries.
- Oversee quality complaint resolution tracking and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct formulation and patent research to support innovation initiatives.
- Provide technical training to sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and manage project communication resource allocation and process planning.
- Analyze technical processes to ensure projects meet quality cost and delivery requirements.
- Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders to establish goals timelines and objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and material resources to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to management and customers.
Required Skills & Abilities:- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in math and computer concepts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams management and external partners.
- Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities under pressure.
- Experience with experimental design concepts preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical or plastics processes is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems Microsoft Teams and Google Drive.
Required Education & Experience:- Bachelors degree is preferred in Chemistry Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in project management and/or technical customer support strongly desired.
