Job Summary:As a Body Shop Technician at Butler Ford you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering high-quality automotive repair and restoration services. We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in collision repair frame straightening and refinishing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a commitment to ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled and efficient collision repair work including frame straightening dent removal and panel replacement.
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet repair deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repair and restoration tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends repair techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician with a focus on collision repair.
- Strong knowledge of frame straightening dent repair and refinishing techniques.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and work orders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Body Shop Technician.
- Certification in collision repair or related field is a plus but not required
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
