Job Description
The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various SFMC components including Advertising Studio Content Builder Journey Builder Contact Builder and Audience Segmentation. This role requires a deep understanding of APIs email deliverability and relevant certifications.
Your key responsibilities
Leverage expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and implement marketing strategies.
Utilize Advertising Studio Content Builder Journey Builder Contact Builder and Audience Segmentation to optimize marketing campaigns.
Should be good with AMPSCRIPT SSJS HTML and CSS.
Work with SOAP and REST-based Marketing Cloud APIs and SDKs to integrate and enhance marketing functionalities.
Manage setup related to SAP private domains registered domains IP setup and IP warm-up plans.
Monitor and analyse email deliverability and email logs to ensure optimal performance.
Should have exposure on working with Custom integrations and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Should have work with integrating SFMC with other salesforce platform.
Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
Strong understanding of API integrations (SOAP and REST).
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5 years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on technical experience in AMPSCRIPT SSJS HTML and CSS.
Hands on experience in Integrations and Utilize Advertising Studio Content Builder Journey Builder Contact Builder and Audience Segmentation to optimize marketing campaigns.
To qualify for the role you must have
Any Engineering Graduate
5 years of experience in IT Industry
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Must have certifications: Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Administrator.
Ideally youll also have
Strong communication facilitation relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible adaptable and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
