POSITION SUMMARY
The Medicaid/Marketplace Client Strategy Senior Advisor serves as the primary contact for Medicaid/Marketplace strategic initiatives and market development. You will become a subject matter expert (SME) on Medicaid/Marketplace pharmacy benefits Express Scripts Programs and Products and State and Federal Regulations.
The Senior Advisor is responsible for contributing and driving the client strategy to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the support model. S/he provides strategic direction in executing product adoption and sales support in collaboration with account teams to support our clients. This client-facing position will take a lead role in sales support for current clients. Using market knowledge to support product development manage work plans perform data analysis as well as work cross functionally with research sales and account management client and patient services and other functional areas as needed. This position serves as a contact for Medicaid/Marketplace strategic initiatives and market development. The Medicaid/Marketplace Client Strategy Senior Advisor plays a critical role in the interpretation of applicable state legislation and regulation client retention and overall client satisfaction within the line of business.
In addition the individual will interface with health plan clients to meet quality regulatory targets for their line of business.
